5. Feeling safe and the sacrum, sexism and equality

I encounter another lesson in the healing of the sacrum, changing a life long pattern of feeling anxious to one of feeling safe. I discuss how I see this connecting to sexism through my own experience of imposter syndrome (phenomenon), lack of safety, with the inclusion of adopting a victim mentality. I also share why I am inspired to work for equality in the events industry and how I intend to approach it.
